Schedule of Fees

Clearwire reserves the right to seek cost reimbursement for any requests for customer information. If reimbursement is requested, the following fees shall apply:

	-IP Search for basic subscriber information	$50 per IP Address/Date/Time search
	-Live Intercept Fees	$500 per month
	-Call Detail Records	$50 per target phone number
	-Expedited Fee	$25, in addition to the fees herein
	-Preservation Requests	$50 per IP address/Date/Time search
	-Matters involving child pornography	$0
	-Life of Death requests	$0
