Add Hardware Protection Program

Fast, reliable internet service should not be interrupted by equipment issues. The Clearwire Hardware Protection Program provides protection and replacement of your HPP-covered Clearwire pc card and modem for damage or manufacturer’s defects that may occur after the term of the manufacturer’s warranty period ends.

Should your Clearwire pc card or modem experience:

• Accidental damage due to handling or power surge
• Defect in material or workmanship, or failure due to normal wear and tear

...a replacement will typically be provided to you within 48 hours.

To add the Hardware Protection Program, go to the BROADBAND section and click "Add Features/Accessories" in the side menu.

Open the Features control panel. You'll see choices of features availabie for your plan. Chose the Hardware Protection Program from the dropdown menu and click "Review Order".
