How large an email can a customer send though the Clearwire servers?
Our system's limitation is 20MB per attachment. The issue is normally with the end-user's client. It will typically time out on attachments over 10MB.

How much storage capacity does an email account include?
Each account has 6GB of storage.

If the package includes 5 email addresses does that mean 30GB shared between all addresses?
Unfortunately no. Each box gets only 6GB, Unshared.

If I only have 1 address I could store up to 30GB?
No

How many email recipients can a customer send to at one time?
Customers can send to as many recipients as they want AS LONG AS the total number of characters in the address fields does not exceed 4K.

Is there a limit to the amount of characters allowed in the 'To' field?
There is a max size allowed in the "to" field. It's 4K or about 4000 characters.

Do we limit the number of characters in an e-mail address when the mailbox is first set up?
Yes, there's a limit of 25 characters. Email address must only contain alphanumeric characters and '_', '-', or '.' and may not exceed 25 characters in length. The address must also be of the domain @clearwire.net.
