Manage Email Accounts

Overview

Find the the Manage Email Accounts page by going to the BROADBAND section and clicking the "Manage Email Accounts" link in the right side menu.

The top blue area of the page shows the total number of email accounts in your service package, how many accounts are available to set up, and how many accounts are ready to use.

If you have email addresses set up, this page shows those addresses and allows you to change passwords or clear ("delete") email address names so you can set up accounts with new email addresses.

If no email addresses are set up yet, you'll see an instructional page on how to set up your first address.

Change Email Password

To change a password for an email account, click the "Change Password" link next to the address you want to change. A form will apear underneath the email address. Enter a new password and click "Update."

Delete Email Address

When you "delete" a Clearwire email address, it isn't actually removed from your service package. You will always have the same number of total email accounts that you signed up with (or purchased later).

"Deleting" an email address simply means "clearing" the current email address name and password so you can assign a new one to the email account. Some things to keep in mind when deleting addresses:

• All email currently stored for that address will be deleted. You may want to save important emails for the account to your computer before deletion
• The email address name goes back into the pool to be available for someone else to use. There is a chance you may not be able to retrieve the same name again

1. Check the box next to the address and click "Delete." You may delete multiple addresses at one time by checking all of the applicable boxes.

2. A message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the address(es). Click "OK" to proceed, or "Cancel" to quit the delete process.

3. Upon clicking "OK" the address is successfully deleted.
