Email Control PanelBelow: Control Panel Overview The Email Control Panel (located on the main BROADBAND page) provides "at-a-glance" access to features of your Clearwire email service. To open or close the control panel, click the green circle in the upper right corner.
Control Panel Functions Total email accounts: The total number of email accounts in your service package, including those that automatically came with your plan and any additional accounts you purchased. Accounts remaining to set up: The number of email accounts that have not been set up yet with an email address name and password. "Set Up Email Address" button: Click this button to set up an email address for an available account. If the button is grayed out, all email accounts have already been assigned email addresses and passwords. Accounts ready for use: The number of email accounts that have been set up with an email address and password. These accounts are ready for sending and receiving email. View/Edit: Click this link to see email addresses in use, and make changes. "Check Email Online" button: Click this button to log in to an active email account using Clearwire's Web-based email program. if the button is grayed out. no accounts are ready for use at this time.
What if both buttons are gray? If both buttons in the control panel are grayed out, your modem has not been shipped yet and your credit card has not been charged. Once Clearwire ships your modem and processes charges, your email accounts will become available for setup.
