Set Up Clearwire Email Addresses

Getting Started
To use Clearwire email, create email address names (i.e. yourname@clearwire.net, childsname@clearwire.net, parentname@clearwire.net, etc.) and passwords for email accounts included in your service package.
To begin, open the Email Control Panel and click the "Set Up Email Address" button (if the button is grayed out, you have already set up all of your available accounts).
Or, inside the BROABAND section, click "Set up Email Addresses" in the side menu.
Step 1. Create an email address name for the account
The name will be added to "@clearwire.net," so the final email address created will be "(nameyouchoose)@clearwire.net."
Enter a name and click "Check Availability."

Enter an email address for this account.
Examples: your name, a family member's name, a nickname, etc.

There is a possibility that a particular name may already be in use by another Clearwire customer (for example, joesmith may be a popular name). In that case the next screen will allow you to try another name:

Step 2. Choose a password
If the email address name you entered is available, the next screen will ask you to set up a password for the account. You, or the person using the account, will need this password to log in and check email. Passwords must be 4-8 characters and include only letters, numbers, periods, and/or dashes.
Enter a password and click "Continue."

STEP 2: CREATE A PASSWORD

To finish setup, enter a password below. You will use this password when checking email for this address.

Your Clearwire email account is ready for use.
