The "Your Profile" page includes:

  • Your first and last name
  • Day and evening phone numbers
  • Primary contact email address
  • Your account name (for logging into My Account)
  • Qualified service address
  • Billing address
  • Security question and password

To get to the page, go to the CUSTOMER CARE section and click "Your Profile" in the side menu.

Update Your Contact Information
To change your name, phone numbers, and email address open the UPDATE PROFILE control panel or click the "Update" link next to Contact Information.

Complete the fields and click Submit. Your new information will be visible when you close the control panel.

Service Address
Your service address is the basis for your wireless broadband, so this can't be changed.

Billing Address
Billing address is shown in Your Profile for reference, but is maintained in the BILLING section. Click the "Update" link next to "Billing Information" and you'll be taken to the BILLING section to update it.

Update Your Security Information
To update your password and security question, open the UPDATE SECURITY INFORMATION control panel. Complete the fields and click Submit.
