Changing Your Phone Number

You may change your Internet Phone Service number online. All of your voice mails and feature settings will roll over to the new number.

At this time there are no options to transfer existing numbers, or select particular area codes or vanity numbers. New numbers will be assigned from a pool based on availability.

Go to the PHONE SERVICE section and click "Manage Phone Numbers" in the side menu.

Click "Change" next to your current phone number. Select the radio button next to "Give me a new number" and click Submit.

Processing may take a few moments, so please be patient. Upon successful change your number will be updated immediately.
