Why do I need a new modem?
Your current XOHM ExpressCard will not work on our new CLEAR network. That means if you don't request a new modem and updated CLEAR connection manager, your service will stop working. No one wants that to happen. Being offline is unpleasant for everyone. It's really simple to get your new modem, and there is no charge for the upgrade.
How do I install my new CLEAR modem?
When we switch networks on December 2, simply uninstall your XOHM connection manager, replace it with the new CLEAR connection manager and follow the instructions to connect your new CLEAR modem. You'll be back online in no time.
Will I be charged for the new modem?
No. There is no additional charge for the new modem. The upgrade to CLEAR is free.
How do I get my new CLEAR modem?
Visit www.clear.com/xohm, enter your Customer ID and PIN included in the emails or mail you have received, fill in your shipping address and we will send your new CLEAR modem - free of charge. Or call our dedicated customer care team at 1.877.956.4081.
